Job description 

Essential Job Functions (Unarmed Supervisor Security Officers)

  • Make applicable schedule changes as required to cover call offs
  • Abilty to communicate with employees about disciplinary issues
  • Clean driving record and valid driver license
  • Use internal communication boards to clearly communicate passdowns to other personnel
  • Lead by example
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while providing assistance to customers, clients, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain a professional highly visible presence on the facility/grounds assigned
  • Monitor the environment, with the ability to detect suspicious and unsafe activity
  • Situational awareness and ability to react quickly and professionally to split-second issues that might arise
  • Know the facility, policies, and procedures of the position and enforce them within the limits of the position
  • Technical skills pertaining to the use of tablet-based applications in order to prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, clients, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain effective and precise communication with clients, customers, site leads, supervisors, and managers
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft
  • Ability to calmly diffuse situations that may arise
  • Friendly, professional interactions with clients and customer base
  • Ability to effectively and calmly manage customers
  • Other duties as needed

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to stand prolonged at least 8 hours consecutive per day
  • Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to withstand inclement weather conditions for periods during assigned shift regarding but not limited to (Wind, Heat, Rain, Snow, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age with valid proof
  • Nevada Private Investigator Licensing Board (PILB) work card
  • Cannabis Compliance Board agent card (or ability to aquire)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
  • Basic understanding and use of the English language (Reading and Writing)
  • Willingness to abide with all terms and conditions defined by the Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure formed by Invictus International and its subsidiaries

  • Regularly exercise firearm safety and marksmanship standards consistent with qualifications set by Invictus International and its subsidiaries
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Security: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Maintain active PILB Armed Guard card.
